Yoga at Active8

We now offer a group Ashtanga Yoga class at Active8. The session is on Sunday mornings from 10.30 to 11.30am and the cost is £8 per session.
Please call us or come into the studio to book your place for this class.
Autumn challenges

Its gym challenge time again with the Skipping challenge starting us off for 2009.
The tough ‘Decathlon’ will return in November – time to lift the training tempo for all our clients!
Active8 babies

Congratulations to Shane and Terry on the birth of their baby boys! Shane and Sarah welcomed Benjamin to the world on the same morning (August 12th) as Terry and Kath introduced us to Barnaby. Welcome to the new arrivals!
The Exmoor Beast

Shane and Damion are currently in training for the Exmoor Beast Cycle event on Sunday November 1st. Along with Active8 regular Dan Davies they are training hard for the hilly 60 mile course – good luck to all.
