The spacious and light surroundings of Active8 provide the perfect environment to enjoy your personal training. The studio at Active8 features an assortment of state-of-the-art equipment.

This includes a range of Cybex equipment including treadmill, Arc Trainer, Stair Climber, Stationary Bicycle and Functional Trainer.

We also offer a Water Rower, Punch Bag, Swiss Balls and Medicine Balls to assist your training and help you reach your health and fitness goals.

The changing facilities at Active8 comprise two changing rooms, both with toilet and shower facilities. Complimentary towels and toiletries are provided enabling all clients to leave the studio feeling refreshed and ready to continue their day.
